Independent Living Notice. Lilac Meadows provides independent residential housing and
related community amenities. Residents are expected to live independently and to arrange for
their own medical care, personal care, medication management, transportation, and other
support services unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. The facility does not
represent that it provides nursing-home or assisted-living services.
Emergencies and Resident Responsibility. In a medical or safety emergency, call 911. Each
resident is responsible for determining whether independent living is appropriate for the
resident’s needs, complying with the lease and community rules, maintaining required
insurance if applicable, and providing current emergency-contact information.
Equal Housing Opportunity. Housing and services are offered in accordance with applicable
federal, Virginia, and local fair-housing laws. Reasonable-accommodation requests may be
submitted to Fair Housing at 888-551-3247.
General Terms. This notice is a general disclosure and does not replace the lease, resident
agreement, facility policies, or applicable law. If this notice conflicts with a signed agreement or
governing law, the signed agreement and governing law control. Policies and available amenities
may change as permitted by law and any applicable agreement.
